TAP Throwback: Dec 2023 | FUTUREPOP returned to the Citadel Outlets stage for the second year

On November 11, 2023, young teen group, FUTUREPOP took the Citadel Outlets stage for the second year in a row at the annual lighting ceremony for California’s Tallest Fresh Cut Christmas Tree presented by COACH.

FUTUREPOP members Sierra Melgoza, Maceo Sicam, Tanner Zahn Hagen, and Sierrah Hudson, made their Citadel Outlets debut a year prior in 2022. Since then the quartet mentions, “We’ve definitely had a lot of growth in between the two years and it’s been a blast to showcase that.”

Since debuting in 2019 and building such a strong friendship between all the members – even before the group formed, with opportunities both within the group and individually, they all felt as though they have all become such “best friends and close friends, so we all grew together as we’re in FUTUREPOP.” Along with forming life long friendships, individually each member has also felt growth in vocals and dance.

Gearing up for the new year and a new era in 2024, the group has made the decision to reset on a clean slate starting with a whole new Instagram account, new original music on the way, and with the help of LA based choreographer Guy Groove, who has credit working on stages for Nickelodeon’s JoJo Siwa – Kids Choice Awards, Slime Fest, Halo Awards, Live with Kelly and Ryan, and many more major performances, the group is ready to show fans who FUTUREPOP really is.
