Speaking on the video Savannah states “Surprise, Surprise’ is the after effect of getting what you want. In this particular instance, I had gotten exactly what I wanted, but somehow I knew it wouldn’t last. It wasn’t right. The video depicts those feelings of loneliness that come with those realizations.”
